Don Winters
|
Don has
over 25 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry and has been involved in wireless communications
since 1988. Don is
the founder and president of White Hawk Associates, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in corporate strategy, technology
planning, interim management assignments, executive placement and mergers and acquisitions. He sits in the board of directors at TechnoCom Wireless, eVergent Technologies
and on the board of advisors at Venture Catapult. Prior
to establishing his own business, Don served as the chief operating officer of SignalSoft Corporation (NASDAQ: SGSF). SignalSoft is a software development company that builds location-based applications
and middleware and sells to wireless operators worldwide. Don joined the company during seed funding in 1996 and was instrumental in
its growth into a successful public company.
SignalSoft was sold to Openwave (NASDAQ:
OPWV) in 2002. Before joining SignalSoft,
Don was the vice president of business development for Coral Systems, which developed and sold fraud detection software to
wireless operators. Prior to that, he was the managing
director of corporate technology at AirTouch Communications and held a number of other management positions at AirTouch and
PacTel Cellular.

Barbara Winters
|
Barbara is a 25 year veteran within the telecommunications industry, with 10+ years in an executive capacity. Barbara most recently served as vice president of
global sales operations and vice president of internal audit at Openwave Systems, Inc. As vice president
of global sales operations she was responsible for the oversight of all sales pipeline management, and the development of
sales training, programs and processes necessary to achieve and maintain functional excellence in the field. As
vice president of internal audit, Barbara led Openwave to their initial Sarbanes-Oxley 404 Compliance and Certification. Prior to joining Openwave Barbara was at SignalSoft
Corporation, as the vice president of administrative services, overseeing Human Resource administration and organizational
development, Facilities, Information Technology, and Business Process Engineering and Deployment worldwide. Prior
to SignalSoft Corp., Barbara served as vice president and general manager of wireless services at SCC Communications Corporation
where she established their wireless business unit and was responsible for all wireless-related public safety (E911) and commercial
services. Barbara received her
Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification
from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

As a 19 year veteran of the mobile, consumer electronics, and mobile entertainment industries, Don McGuire
brings a wealth of leadership, industry experience, and marketing-sales savvy. Don has held the CMO position
at Amp’d Mobile. As chief marketing officer, Don drove all of Amp’d Mobile’s marketing and sales initiatives. Don joined
Amp’d Mobile from Kyocera, a leading consumer electronics manufacturer of mobile devices and accessories, where he served
as vice president of global marketing and North American sales. Don re-positioned the Kyocera global brand and forged strong
corporate relationships and co-marketing partnerships and was instrumental in developing the first MTV-branded mobile phone. Under
his leadership, Kyocera grew to the third largest CDMA device company in North America - seventh largest in the world. Prior to joining Kyocera Wireless Corporation he served as vice president of sales and marketing for Leap Wireless International,
managing sales, marketing and distribution activities in 40 U.S. cities under the Cricket brand. Don also served
as area vice president and general manager at Sprint PCS. He started his career at McCaw Cellular Communications,
Inc. (now at&t). Don received his Business
Administration degree in Marketing from California State University.

Eric is currently a consultant for clients
in the mobile, internet and venture capital industries. Eric's
work as a consultant has included several projects in the mobile advertising and location-based applications space.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Eric was a member of the founding management team
for Jumptap in Cambridge, Massachusetts. As Vice President of Marketing, Eric launched the company in both North America
and Europe, and grew Jumptap to become the leading mobile search and advertising provider to mobile operators. Eric also launched and was the chairman of the Mobile Search Working Group within the Mobile
Marketing Association.
Prior to Jumptap, Eric was Director
of Marketing for Openwave, where he developed the company's strategy for mobile entertainment and MVNOs. Prior to
Openwave's acquisition of SignalSoft, Eric had been SignalSoft's Vice President
of Marketing, where he was responsible for product management, product marketing, corporate communications and standards.
Prior to SignalSoft, Eric served as Associate Director of Corporate Strategy at US WEST, where he helped formulate and manage
US WEST's multimedia strategy for integrated communications, entertainment
and information services. Eric has served on the board of directors of the Location Interoperability Forum, a global
industry body for the creation of standards in the wireless location industry.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree
from Stanford University and received an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Tom
brings over 25 years of sales, strategic marketing and international business development experience to White Hawk.
He has held executive-level positions in numerous early stage software and services
companies. These included Covia Technologies, a pioneer in the middleware market, and Coral
Systems where he navigated the company to leadership in cellular fraud detection. Subsequently, he led Inteliant Corporation
to a successful acquisition. As a consultant with SoftBridge
Advisors, for the past four years his efforts have been focused on Verascape, a Chicago-based
provider of customer service and marketing solutions that focus on speech automation technology, where he provided strategic
market planning and positioning services, and held a sales and business development role.
Tom holds a B.S. from Northern Illinois University and an M.B.A. from DePaul University.
